Q: If I don't have sensitive skin, why should I care what ingredients are in my skincare? Why shouldn't I keep buying the $6 a jar stuff?

A: Good question! I am proud of this this skincare line for sensitive/troubled skin. But to be clear, it is perfect for everyone. People, like me, who have sensitive skin remind me of the “canary in the coal mine". (Canaries were used as warning signals to miners when the oxygen dropped to life-threatening levels.) We sensitive skin types are the canaries in the skincare and cosmetic world. Those without skin sensitivities should take special note. If ingredients in traditional products cause us to react negatively, it’s a smart idea to “leave the mine immediately” when it comes to these unnatural and often toxic products.

Q: Can I use these products if I have rosacea?

A: Absolutely yes! However, if there is one thing I've learned from my experience and research, it's that there is no one product that will work for every single person. If you have extremely reactive and sensitive skin, are in advanced stages of rosacea, please try a sample first.

Q: Does it really work? And how soon can I expect to see results?

A: Yes, it works! And how soon is a tricky question. Promises of instant results is misleading. Our skin requires 21-28 days to renew itself. Any instant results you experience from other products is temporary and until you've used the product for 30-45 days, you won't truly know its impact. Not ideal, I know. But this is the truth of the matter. In addition, our skin is impacted by more than what we apply to it topically. Our lifestyle and diet will also have a huge impact. Don't expect any skincare regimin to provide miracles if you are eating poorly, not sleeping and stressed out. It's just not going to happen.

Q: I like a nice scent. Why are your products unscented?

A: Natural products that are scented use essential oils. There is nothing wrong with this at all. However, when considering a product for sensitive and troubled skin, it wasn't worth risking reaction to these essential oils.

Q: The color of the crème is a slightly different from the first time I ordered it. What gives?

A: Given the nature of, well, nature - the color may vary due to the all natural ingredients used. Regardless of the slight color differences, the product has the same ingredients and you will continue to get the high quality results you've come to expect from our products.

Q: I have ____ skin, can I still use your products?

A: The ingredients in these products are simultaneously powerful and gentle. Nature really has given us the best gifts. All skin types will benefit from using Moment Skincare.
